Our app allows you to easily review your credit report, dispute any inaccuracies, and connect your bank and card accounts. Our technology analyzes your spending habits to provide personalized insights and tips to help build your financial health. We also have a number of partners to recommend products that may help reach your credit goals.
Yes! Bolster is free for members to view their credit with unlimited disputes and no limit on the number of bank or card accounts you can link with personalized spending insights.
Bolster partners with a credit bureau, TransUnion, and a technology provider, Plaid, in order to pull your credit report and financial accounts. We need this information in order to verify your identity and credentials, pull the correct credit file, and link your corresponding bank or card account. We do not share or resell your personal information with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. With our technology partner, Plaid, we are able to verify your account credentials. If we are unable to verify your login credentials, there are too many failed attempts, then you will not be able to link your account.
Bolster provides integration with the bureaus, so we are able to send disputes instantly. The credit bureau then must complete an investigation within 30 days (or 45 days in certain circumstances), according to the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act. But most disputes are resolved more quickly than that.

Your credit score updates when you login after 30 days from the last time it was updated.
